A miniature watercolour painting of a prominent Newport statue, titled “The Vision of St Gwynllyw” or “The Bell Carrier”.This is a painting of the Newport sculpture by Sebastian Boyesen which was inspred by the conversion to Christianity of Saint Gwynllyw, a warrior king of Gwynllwg which bordered Gwent in the 5th and 6th Centuries.
